Description:
Vada is a popular South Indian style savoury fritter made from lentils and flavourful spices. Aachi Masala Vada mix is a tasteful and easy to prepare mix, which gets ready in just three steps
How to use:
- Mix ½ cup of water with 1 cup of Aachi Masala Vada mix
- Add 1 no. of chopped onion, 1 chopped ginger and 1 sprig of curry leaves
- Mix well and keep aside for 10 min
- Make small balls and then flatten it
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the flat shaped vada on simmer
- Fry vada until it turns to golden brown
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or coconut chutney
