TRS Panch Puren

 

TRS Panch puren is a mix of five spices that are cumin, fennel seeds, onion seeds, mustard seeds, and fenugreek seeds. It is almost used in all types of recipes.

Unlike most blends, Panchpuren is neither roasted nor ground. It is prominently used in Bengali and Bihari dishes. It is also added to pickles.
