How to Use
- Add 50 ml of edible oil or ghee to a pressure cooker and heat well, now add the given whole spices (pack 1) and sauté for a minute on low flame.
- Add 500 gms of cleaned chicken or precooked mutton or 300 gm vegetables and sauté well for 2 minutes, empty the given biryani masala paste(pack 2)and sauté for 5 minutes on medium flame till the oil oozes out.
- And add basmati rice (pack 3)and add 450 ml water and cook for 3 minutes on medium flame.
