Palm Sugar is obtained from the nectar of the flowers growing high in the coconut trees. These flowers are opened to collect the liquid flower nectar, which is then air tried to form crystalline Palm Sugar.
It is naturally rich in a number of key vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, including potassium, zinc, iron, and vitamins B1, B2, B3 and B6.
