Coriander, Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Bengal Gram, Red Gram, Salt, Black Gram, Mustard, Asafoetida, Curry Leaf, Turmeric, Cumin, Fenugreek, Ginger.
How to Use:
- Cook dal, add chopped vegetables & salt to it cook till the vegetables are half done.
- Add chopped tomato & brinjal & cook further till done, add tamarind water & boil.
- Heat oil & crackle mustard.
- Add eastern madras sambar powder, red chilli, sliced small onion & curry leaves & salt, add this to the cooked vegetables.
