How to Use:
  • Cook dal, add chopped vegetables & salt to it cook till the vegetables are half done, Add chopped tomato & ladys finger & cook further till done,
  • Add tamarind water & boil,
  • Heat oil & crackle mustard,
  • Add Eastern Sambar powder, red chilli, sliced small onion & curry leaves & salt,
  • Add this to the cooked vegetables
