Health Mix


Cereals: 88% (Bajra, Ragi, Jowar, maize, Samai, Thinai, Boiled rice, Red rice, Wheat, Barley). Pulses: 7% (Fried Gram, Soya bean, Green gram) Nuts: 2.5% (Groundnut, Cashew and Badam) 1.5% Sago and 1% Cardamom

How to Use:

Take 3 table spoons of Mambalam Iyers Health Mix. Add 300 ml milk or water and mix well. Boil this mixture stirring frequently for 3 to 4 minutes to make porridge. Add sugar to taste and serve( In case of water, add buttermilk and salt)
