Frequently Asked Questions

  • For orders made before 16:00 on weekdays, we ship the package the same day to our delivery partner, PostNL. Usually, the package is delivered the very next day for all orders made before 16:00. It could be that sometimes, due to peak season, PostNL delivers the package with a delay.    
  • For orders made after 16:00 on weekdays, we ship the next day. Subsequently, the package will be delivered home the day after we ship.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code, with which you can track the shipment.

  1. Important Note 1: For orders made during the weekend and on Mondays (our shop is closed), we ship the order on Tuesdays. 
  2. Important Note 2: Orders lower than 30 kg (Package weight) will be delivered the next day in most cases except for peak season. Orders above 30 kg will be rerouted via PostNL extra@home service where the package might take around 6-8 days. We highly recommend our customers to place the orders lower than 30 kg whenever possible to make sure the delivery happens within the next days especially for fresh items!!

Once the order is shipped, you will get an e-mail with a Track and Trace code with which you can track the shipment.

Additionally, if you had subscribed for text message updates, you will receive order updates via text as well.

Our shipping partner is PostNL. 

As a PostNL customer, as soon as you have a track and trace code, you will be able to adjust your delivery options including requesting for a PostNL collection point pick up. 

To do this, you need to login to PostNL with your e-mail that was used during the ordering process. 

If you are not present during the first delivery attempt, you will receive a notification. This can be done by means of a letter in the letterbox, via the Track & Trace link or via email. There are three possibilities for your order:

  1. Your oder will be tried for delivery the next day (or)
  2. Your order has been delivered to your neighbours (or) 
  3. Your order is at a collection point.

We exercise great care in packing your order. Your packed order is verified once again with your invoice order note to make sure we did not miss anything.

Despite this, in an unlikely event that you do miss an item that is part of the order note and invoice (which is e-mailed as well as included within the package), get in touch with us. 

We will send the missing item free of cost .

If you order is not delivered, it could be because of multiple reasons mostly related to our shipping provider(s). Please send us an e-mail to We will look into the cause with the shipping provider. If in case, the issue is with the shipping provider, we will initiate the refund within a maximum of 14 days. 

We do home delivery within a radius of 20 kms from our physical shop location. Based on the 20 kms range, we deliver to the following locations:

Eindhoven, Veldhoven, Waalre, Helmond, Best, Wintelre, Knegsel, Steensel, Riel and parts of Geldrop, Nuenen and Oirschot.

Note that, the above radius is only valid for home delivery, for shipment, we ship all over the Netherlands. 

  • Please note that the delivery schedule changed. We now only deliver on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. 
  • Orders placed before 16:00 hours on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday will be delivered the same day. Our delivery time is usually between 17:00 and 20:00 and no later than 20:00. 
  • Orders placed after 16:00 hours will be delivered the next delivery schedule (Tuesday, Friday and Sunday).
  • Orders placed on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday (as our shop is closed on Mondays)

You can always track your order with the link that is sent together with your order confirmation mail. The order status will be updated when your order is ready for delivery. You will also receive an order out-for-delivery notification when your delivery is in progress.

Once the home delivery is scheduled for your order, you will get a notification.

Together with the notification, you can track the real time location of the delivery.

If you would like to request a specific time for home delivery, please add a note of your convenient time, to your order (this is possible from the check out page).

Example Order Note for Local Delivery

You could choose the products as usual and during the checkout, please choose pick up (under delivery methond) at our physical shop location.

After completing the order, your goods could be picked up after 2 hours at your convenient time.

Once the order is placed and when the chosen delivery method is pick up at our physical location, usually the placed order will be ready in 2 hours.

You can pick up your order within a maximum of 2 hours once your order is ready. If you would like to pick up at a specific time, please contact us.

The ordering process is quite simple.

2. Add your favourite items to cart

3. In the cart, click button which takes you to check out page

4. In the checkout page, fill the contact information, delivery method, address (If delivery method is shipping) and click

5. Select the shipping method (Local delivery or shipping) and click . Local delivery will be offered only within 20 kms range from our shop location.

6. Select the payment method and complete the payment.
