Haldirams Gathiya/Ghatiya is a spicy and crunchy deep fried strands prepared from gram flour (besan) dough. It is a well-liked Guajarati tea time snack, often supply with pudina chutney.
 
Ingredients:

Chick Peas Flour, Edible Vegetable Oil, Salt, Green Chilli, Fenugreek Leaves, Black Pepper, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Ajwain, Aniseed & Raising Agent (E 500 ii).
 
How to Store:
 
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, store in a airtight container.
