Also known as Milagu Sevu or Milagu Kara Sevu, Pepper Karasev is a spicy and crunchy snack made from rice flour that is often consumed in the countryside and at festivals. Kara means "spicy hot" and Sevu means "crispy" fried noodles. It is widely eaten in the countryside. Pepper Karasev can be enjoyed with tea or even as an intermediate dish.
