Urid Flour, Asafoetida (Seasoning), Black Pepper, Salt, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate, Edible Vegetable Oil, Other Spices.

How to use:

In microwave, put one at a time on the glass plate. Turn on and when u see them bubbling out, take it out.
