Himalayan Pink salt, Black Rock Sal, Chili Paprika, Coriander, Cinnamon, Ginger, Aniseed, Long Black Pepper, Cumin, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Dried Mango Powder, Clove, Carom Citric Acid.
How to Use:
Shan Chatpati Punjabi Chaat-
Chick Peas 200g, Boil in 10 cups water for 2 hours then add, 1 tbsp baking soda and boil for 10 minutes, Potato 1 cup, Guava 1 cup, Grapes 1 cup, Mango 1 cup Peeled and diced, Apple 1 cup diced, Banana 1 cup, Pomegranate Seed 1/2 cup, Lemon Juice 3-6 tbsp, Dates 2-3 Soaked in water for 1 hour then makes pulp ,Shan Chaat Masala 4-5 tablespoon.,
Method-
Combine Tamarind paste, Lemon Juice dates Pulp, Shan Chaat Masala and blend well, Add chickpeas and fruits, Mix and Serve.
