Red Chilli, Paprika, Coriander, Tumeric, Cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Green Cardmom, Black Pepper, AJIVIAN, larges Cardamom, Cinnamon, Black Cumin, Clove, Fenugreek Seed, Nigella Seed, Citric Acid.
How to Use:
- Heat oil and fry onions for few minutes.
- Add meat, garlic, ginger paste and Shan Meat Masala Mix. Stir fry for few minutes.
- Add tomato, stir fry and add 4 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender.
- Increase heat, stir and cook until the oil separates from masala. For desired gravy, if necessary, add appropriate amount of water.
